# Rep Portal

> The admin-facing rep detail view

The rep portal provides a detailed view of a single rep's performance, deals, and payouts. Access it from the reps list by clicking on a rep's name.

## Summary cards

The top section shows three summary cards:

* **Estimated Commission** — Total commission for the selected period
* **Total Revenue Closed** — Total deal revenue closed in the period
* **Deals Won** — Number of closed-won deals in the period

## Earnings history

A bar chart shows the past 6 months of commission payouts, giving a quick visual of earnings trends.

## Deal breakdown

A detailed table lists every deal for the selected period:

| Column     | Description                                 |
| ---------- | ------------------------------------------- |
| Deal       | Deal name and calculation note              |
| Close Date | When the deal closed                        |
| Amount     | Deal amount (with currency conversion info) |
| Rate       | Commission rate applied                     |
| Commission | Computed commission amount                  |

Multi-currency deals show the original amount and the converted workspace currency amount with the exchange rate snapshot.

## Payout history

The payout history section lists all payouts for the rep across all periods, showing:

* Period range
* Commission amount
* Adjustments
* Final amount
* Status
* Payment date
